Identified - There has been a further delay in validating new student information in the feeds. As a result, new student account claims are still not available. IT Services is working to ensure validation as quickly as possible.

Monitoring - As of this morning, all student feeds have been re-enabled. It will take some time for the backlog of new student information to catch up but new account creation for students should be fully available by 3:30 pm. this afternoon.

Identified - As of 3 p.m. new account creation for students is still suspended. IT Services is working to validate feed data and will probably not be re-enabling student claims until tomorrow morning. Departments are able to set up new faculty and staff for claims according to the normal process.

Investigating - New CNet account creation is currently not working reliably -- some new people may get spurious errors when trying to claim. IT Services is working to resolve the issue. Existing accounts are not affected.
