At approximately 6:20 a.m. IT Services began receiving reports of problems that users were unable to reach off-campus sites from campus, reach campus sites from off-campus, and connections via CVPN were also unavailable. Cloud-based services such as Workday, Canvas, and Oracle Financials were not reachable from on-campus, but remained accessible from off-campus.
IT Services staff observed network connectivity recovery beginning at approximately 6:55 a.m. and all services are now operating normally. The preliminary cause of the issue is believed to be with an upstream Internet Service Provider (ISP) and the connectivity to/from campus.
