Identified -
There has been a further delay in validating new student information in the feeds. As a result, new student account claims are still not available. IT Services is working to ensure validation as quickly as possible.

As of this morning, all student feeds have been re-enabled. It will take some time for the backlog of new student information to catch up but new account creation for students should be fully available by 3:30 pm. this afternoon.

Identified -
As of 3 p.m. new account creation for students is still suspended. IT Services is working to validate feed data and will probably not be re-enabling student claims until tomorrow morning. Departments are able to set up new faculty and staff for claims according to the normal process.

New CNet account creation is currently not working reliably -- some new people may get spurious errors when trying to claim. IT Services is working to resolve the issue. Existing accounts are not affected.
