Initial indications are that the issue with UchicagoBox (Box.com) has been remediated. IT Services is currently monitoring the issue to confirm resolution with Box.

Investigating -
IT Services is receiving reports that the UChicagoBox service is not accessible for some users. Users accessing via the web may encounter a HTTP Error 500 with a message saying "This page isn't working right now" when attempting to use UChicagoBox services. Other Box access methods may also be impacted. IT Services is working with Box to investigate this issue.
