Resolved - IT Services has resolved the issue related to the Microsoft 365 licensing process. Previously impacted users who were issued a temporary license have been reissued the correct license.

Identified - IT Services has identified an issue related to the Microsoft 365 licensing process. We are still currently working with Microsoft on a solution.

Impacted users include new or incoming faculty and staff as well as currently licensed students transitioning to a faculty/staff role. The issue presents as a loss of current access to M365 services and an inability to initially access M365 services. In both cases, this will impact access to email.

Investigating - IT Services has identified an issue related to the M365 licensing process. Impacted users include new/incoming Faculty and Staff as well as currently licensed students transitioning to a Faculty/Staff role. Scheduled - On June 12, 2024, at 4 a.m., the network team will be converting Eduroam authentication to new servers. This might cause connection failures to Eduroam. If this happens, please use the Eduroam configuration tool by clicking on this link and following the configuration steps: https://cloud.securew2.com/public/41155/eduroam-peap-clearpass/
