Resolved - As of 9:45 p.m. wireless service is operating normally. The vendor tracked the issue to an error on one of the central wireless controllers; IT Services will be following up with them to determine why the error happened and how to prevent it from happening again. If you are still having wireless issues, please contact IT Services at 2-5800 for help resolving them.

Investigating - IT Services has become aware that out-of-office autoreply messages on Office 365 are not being sent to external recipients (people with non-@uchicago.edu addresses). Autoreplies to @uchicago.edu addresses are working normally, and regular incoming and outgoing email is not being affected. IT Services is working with Microsoft to trace and resolve the issue.

Monitoring - IT Services has implemented a workaround for the Zoom issues with Single Sign-On (SSO) as of approximately 10:20 a.m. Other services may continue to have intermittent issues with SSO until InCommon is able to resolve the root issue.

Investigating - Intermittent Shibboleth Issues
At approximately 8:00 a.m. some users began intermittently receiving the error "The application you have accessed is not registered for use with this service." Repeating the connection attempt via an alternate connection (i.e. on/off cVPN) a few additional times may succeed.

An issue developed overnight which impacts the Shibboleth authentication service - the vendor (InCommon) that aggregates Single Sign-On (SSO) data is working on the issue.

Known services with reported issues include: Zoom and some Library Resources (JSTOR, etc.)

IT Services staff are investigating the issue.
