IT Services will be upgrading the campus telephone system beginning at 8 p.m. Central Time on Friday, February 21, 2025, running until 8 p.m. Saturday, February 22. No ongoing calls will be interrupted but idle campus phones will occasionally be unavailable for up to a minute as the upgrade causes phones to reset.

Network Border Maintenance Mar 2, 2025 07:00-15:00 CST
On Sunday, March 2, 2025, between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. US Central Time, IT Services will be performing hardware upgrades on network equipment at the campus border. This work should be mostly transparent, but some users may see disruptions of up to 60 seconds over the course of the window as network traffic is redirected.

Resolved - Beginning at approximately 3:50 p.m. on Saturday, February 8th a set of CNet Account Management Sites - including aams.uchicago.edu, cnet.uchicago.edu, and 2fa.uchicago.edu - were unavailable and redirected to www.uchicago.edu/offline. IT Services investigated the issue and restored service shortly before 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, February 9th.
