The University experienced Internet connectivity issues this afternoon between approximately 4:15 p.m. until 4:35 p.m. The cause of the outage was a connection problem between the two firewalls causing them to malfunction and stop network traffic. This resulted in intermittent Internet access to/from campus. One of the firewalls was shut down as a work-around, restoring service. The ITS network team is troubleshooting the connectivity issue and will restore full redundant service this evening.
