Beginning between approximately 6:00 to 8:00 a.m. on November 8, inbound calls from off-campus to the SSO and IT Services main call centers via 773-702-5800 started experiencing issues, presenting as a looping choice menu that did not respond to input. IT Services staff restored normal operation at 1:25 p.m.
