Resolved

Beginning at approximately 3:50 p.m. on Saturday, February 8th a set of CNet Account Management Sites - including aams.uchicago.edu, cnet.uchicago.edu, and 2fa.uchicago.edu - were unavailable and redirected to www.uchicago.edu/offline. IT Services investigated the issue and restored service shortly before 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, February 9th.
