Incoming/Outgoing AT&T Call Issue

Between approximately 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. an issue with external, in- and out-bound phone calls via AT&T occurred. The issue impacted all of campus and the Medical Center – interrupting service for the call centers and staff in the Medical Center from/to off-campus phone numbers. The issue was resolved by AT&T and normal service resumed by 6:00 a.m. ITS is working with AT&T to determine the root cause of the issue.
