At approximately 2:35 p.m. Central Time this afternoon, an issue with the cVPN service caused some users to lose their VPN sessions, and prevented anyone from logging in to create new sessions. IT Services resolved the issue at approximately 3 p.m. by failing over to a redundant controller. The IT Services Networking Team is currently working to identify the exact source of the failure and prevent it from recurring.
