As of approximately 7:00PM yesterday evening, IT Staff have corrected a configuration issue with Office 365, which has restored room reservation functionality. IT Staff are working with Microsoft to ensure that future configuration changes of this type do not impact Office 365 function.

IT Services has become aware of a widespread issue with room reservations in Office 365. This is impacting the University of Chicago as well as other organizations using Office 365. At present time, room and resource invitations in Office 365 are failing without notification. For instance, when a new meeting is created, or an existing meeting is updated, room reservations (or changes to reservations) are not being processed. This is happening with all clients, including Outlook, mobile apps, and the web interface. Microsoft is working to resolve the issue.
